How the application uses Google services
Google access is requested only when an authorized user starts a feature that needs it. Users choose the spreadsheet or Drive file involved in their workflow.
Google Sheets import
Authorized users can connect a Google account and import relevant rows from a selected spreadsheet into a CRM content plan. Access is read-only.
Google Drive Picker
Expense users can select or upload a Drive file and attach its URL as billing or payment evidence. The application does not download or copy the selected file.
