1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to CRM The Conversion, a private business operations platform operated by The Conversion. By accessing the application, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Authorized business access
CRM The Conversion is intended for authorized personnel and approved business collaborators. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use only the permissions assigned to you, and notify The Conversion if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Access rights may differ by role, department, and business need.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Access records, accounts, or features that you are not authorized to use.
- Upload unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Interfere with security controls, service operation, or another user's access.
- Use the application or Google integrations for surveillance, advertising profiles, or unauthorized data collection.
- Share confidential client, employee, financial, or Google user data outside approved business processes.
4. Google services
Optional features use Google services, including Google Sheets and Google Drive Picker. You choose whether to authorize these features and which spreadsheet or Drive file to use. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.
You may revoke the application's Google access through your Google Account. Google service availability, authentication, and file permissions are controlled in part by Google and the relevant Google account owner.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content and Google Drive files that you or your organization own. These terms do not transfer ownership of your Google files to The Conversion. You grant only the limited permission necessary to process information for the user-facing CRM feature you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to submit, import, link, or share business information and Drive URLs through the application.
6. Service availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify the application to improve operations, security, or compliance. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change integrations when Google APIs, security requirements, or business workflows change.
7. Suspension and termination
The Conversion may suspend or terminate access when employment or authorization ends, when required for security or legal reasons, or when these terms are violated. Provisions concerning confidentiality, ownership, liability, and lawful data retention survive termination where applicable.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided on an "as available" basis. The Conversion is not responsible for outages or actions of third-party services, including Google, or for access failures caused by a user's Google permissions or file-sharing settings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Conversion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from unauthorized use, misuse of credentials, or unavailable third-party services.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply under other law. We may update these terms and will publish the updated date on this page.
